Delivery/Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost:
Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order” or “per item” basis and is based on the shipping options selected.

Estimated Delivery Times within Australia:
Items ordered (including funds cleared) before 2pm on a business day are usually sent the following business day.

Express shipping:
• Up to 3kg – Estimated 1-3 business days after item/s dispatched.
• Over 3kg/large items – Estimated 2-5 business days after item/s dispatched.

Standard shipping:
• Up to 3kg – Estimated 3-5 business days after item/s dispatched.
• Over 3kg /large items – Estimated 5-7 business days after item/s dispatched.
Please allow a further 1-3+ business days for country, rural and/or remote areas. The above delivery times only apply for Monday to Friday business days, and exclude weekends, Federal, Commonwealth and Local public holidays.

Local Pickup:
This option is only available when pre-arranged with OzWIDE Engine Parts. Please phone OzWIDE Engine Parts on (07) 3439 6179 to discuss.

Delivery methods:
We commonly ship items via Toll, TNT, Australia Post and various other express couriers. To assist on deliveries a street address is preferred. If a PO Box is your only option, then your item/s will only be sent via Australia Post.

Delivery confirmation:
You may be notified of the status of your order within 24 hrs (or the next business day). We may inform you of how your order is progressing and/ or when it will/has been shipped. In cases where we have run out of a particular item/s, we will contact you by email or phone within one business day and discuss your order and options available if we cannot dispatch the item/s to you within the above estimated delivery times.

International shipping:
International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Buyers, please check with your country’s Custom Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.

Items being shipped do not come with postage insurance unless otherwise specified. All items shipped are well packaged to reduce the risk of damage in transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact us for a quote on the additional cost for shipping insurance.

Missing, Lost or Damaged Items:
Purchases of products through OzWIDE Engine Parts are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to the buyer upon the carrier’s delivery to your ship-to address, and OzWIDE Engine Parts is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery. We will do our best to help you in these circumstances.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated time frame, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.
