Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order” or “per item” basis and is based on the shipping options selected.
Estimated Delivery & Dispatch Times
- Same-Day Dispatch: Items ordered (including funds cleared) before 1:00 PM AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.
- Standard Dispatch: Orders received after this time or on weekends/public holidays are usually sent the following business day.
Express Shipping Estimates
- Up to 3kg: Estimated 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- Over 3kg/Large Items: Estimated 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Standard Shipping Estimates
- Up to 3kg: Estimated 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Over 3kg/Large Items: Estimated 5-7 business days after dispatch.
- Please allow a further 1-3+ business days for country, rural, and remote areas.
Local Pickup
Collections are strictly by appointment only. Please phone OzWIDE Engine Parts on (07) 3439 6179 to coordinate a suitable time.
Delivery Methods
We ship via Toll, TNT, Australia Post, and other express couriers. A street address is preferred; if a PO Box is provided, your order will be sent via Australia Post exclusively.
Order Confirmation & Stock Availability
You will be notified of your order status within one business day. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone within one business day to discuss your options.
International Shipping
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Insurance & Risk of Loss
- Insurance: Items do not include transit insurance unless specified. Please contact us prior to purchase for an insurance quote.
- Risk of Loss: Purchases are subject to a destination contract. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon the carrier’s delivery to the specified address. OzWIDE Engine Parts is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after a “Delivered” status is recorded by the carrier.
- Missing Parcels: While we are not liable for items once delivered, we will assist you in lodging inquiries with the carrier for items lost in transit prior to delivery.
Returns Shipping Costs
- Faulty Items: If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, OzWIDE Engine Parts will cover or reimburse reasonable return postage costs as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
- Change of Mind: For all voluntary returns or “change of mind” requests, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
