🔎 Important Notes:
Welch plugs—also known as core or freeze plugs—are typically replaced during engine rebuilds or repairs.
If your engine uses steel-type Welch plugs, they’re more prone to corrosion, which is why this kit includes high-quality aftermarket brass Welch plugs.
(Note: the 35mm plugs with the 12mm hole are steel).
