Nissan RD28ETi Turbo Intercooled – Engine Rebuild Kit

⚠️ Important Compatibility

This rebuild kit is designed only for the RD28ETi turbo intercooled engine.

• Does not suit RD28 (NA) or RD28T (Turbo only) engines, as piston designs differ.
• Pistons & rings are supplied in one chosen size: STD, +0.50 mm, or +1.00 mm oversize.
• If oversize pistons are selected, a matching oversize bore head gasket will be supplied automatically.

• Pistons & Rings – Available in STD, +0.50mm, or +1.00mm oversize (choose one option)
• Main Bearings – STD (undersize available on request)
• Conrod Bearings – STD (undersize available on request)
• Full Gasket Set (made up by):
  • VRS Gasket Set (Top end set)
  • Conversion Gasket Set (Bottom end set)
  • Head Gasket 1.58mm
• Head Bolt Set

⚠️ Notes on Sizes

Bearings are supplied in STD size by default.
If you require undersized bearings, please contact us first to confirm availability.

⚙️ Technical Notes on the Head Gasket

When oversize pistons are chosen, a matching oversize bore head gasket is required and will be included.
A standard bore head gasket cannot be used with oversize pistons, as it will overhang the cylinder bores.
