OzWIDE Engine Parts offer an Australia Wide limited warranty for a period of 12 months or 20,000 km or 500 hours whichever occurs first on new times.

The limited warranty is effective from the date of purchase. Items need to be assembled/fitted by a qualified technician to be covered under our product guarantee. It is the installer and buyers’ responsibility to ensure all components purchased are the correct fitment for the item that it is replacing. No warranty applies if the components or parts have been incorrectly fitted, or has been mistreated, poorly maintained or damage to the parts have been caused by associated parts. No warranty also applies to the component if it is used for other than what it was designed for, or the part has been subject to abuse, misuse, or abnormal conditions. It is the owner’s responsibility that the component or part/s undergoes periodic maintenance and serviced following the vehicle manufacturers service schedule. Service records must be kept and presented to obtain a warranty.

Warranty does not apply to performance or nonstandard applications.

Parts sold that have been modified to suit any other application other than originally intended carry no warranty.

Piston rings

Piston rings have a limited guarantee, we do not offer refund or product guarantee on fitment faults leading to breakage of rings. Piston rings usually break due to incorrect fitment.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
